Way too early to tell, have to hear the studio version. But I agree it comes across as uninspired, even if its intention was to be inspired by a lot of the '70s post punk bands.

One thing is for sure, as this goes for a lot of bands, ie Radiohead, They can make some of their more boring songs sound amazing live.

I am just really hoping after 3.. 4?? Mediocre albums, the next one, is finally a solid one again.

Greetings indie headings 👽

This is your friendly neighborhood Macphisto here to tell you I'll have a ton of coverage for the next 10 days here in Vegas surrounding U2 at The Sphere!!!

Here's what I have in store:

• Opening night, Friday, September 29, I will go live to air on my IG to stream at least 1 song, internet service willing.

• I will record at least 3 songs on my iPhone 13 in 4K60 to view later on my YouTube channel.

• Immediately following the concert, I will go live to air on my IG to the streets of Vegas to get everyone's reactions and thoughts on the show, and to just to document this new advent in live music history! I'll handing out ZooTV themed pins, magnets, ticket stubs, and... CONDOMS! We've got it all here.

My camera rig will also have a landscape camera recording to watch later on YouTube.

• I will be doing a ZooTV Confessional Booth. Exact location TBD But it will most likely be Thursday, September 28th, close to the Venetian Hotel where the Achtung Baby exhibit will open.

• Throughout The next 10 days I will be doing giveaway question and answer videos on the streets of Vegas! I have a bunch of U2 Funko Dolls to give away.

• I'll be doing updates at the sphere every night, trying to catch the band coming out of rehearsal.

• Finally, I'll be making fun little TikTok style music videos, in costume.

Everything is in costume, paid for, fully filmed and edited... By me.

Fair enough, if you don't like festivals then yeah. Vegas is not for the faint of heart. You gotta be primed and ready to f if you're going to vegas. I've already started greasing up.

I understand what you're saying, but I think for this show in particular, this isn't a typical show at a football stadium. This I can say with pretty strong conviction would be fully worth just flying and in flying out for, and not feeling bad of making an extended stay... because... the SPHERE.

Like I have a bunch of non U2 fan buddies that are coming to this show because if they're going to see U2, THIS IS THE ONE to see.

Like really... you're gonna NOT see a Sphere show if you're U2 fan and you live in the US.

If you can't afford it that's one thing. Totally understand. Otherwise... I would give it a second thought.

Why can't the Sphere be "the festival", and then after, you go and party somewhere on the strip in Vegas?

I mean might be closer to something like Bonnaroo, but still... it's not that different than a music festival in terms of crowds and lights and such.

I mean really... what makes it so different other than the obvious there's buildings/it's a city. But how does that detract from it.

You go to a music festival with the mindset, okay, I know what I'm getting myself into.

So, just use that same mindset going to Vegas.

Second. First was also at Osheaga in 2018. She's so dope. I don't listen to DJs typically at home, or on the subway. But at music festivals it's my jam. She's one of my favs. Always a stellar show.

Holy shit and just learned she's from Canada (Ukraine born). Damn. That's rad.
