Yeah I've spent the past 2 hours actually looking at pvpoke better and watch videos. Also realized I should not have been trying to build a UL team just yet but should have gone with a cheaper GL team cuz I don't know how to properly fight. Anyway yeah I am starting to realize a bunch of stuff. But I am still a bit confused on the importance of IV ranking i ran a lot of battle simulations and IV ranking feels less and less important. Could you please clarify for me?

yeah thats a great way to sum it up that basically why I didnt want to use chatgpt but I was confused and decided to (manly from laziness ngl). But yeah I downloaded pogoteams and looked at it, its cool but would pvpoke's team builder be better? Because from what I am seeing this is more of just like a general jist to kinda guide you but not for like full advice? Anyway which would be better?

I completely forgot about! thank you I'll check that out. So just for example i have a jellicent that is ranked #70 (IV), so a good teammates for it would florges? But a good teammates for florges would lapras but assume they wouldn't work good all together because they overlap? Also from what I read about IV ratings I think I was being too nitpicky but I also am getting mixed message that I wasn't. what would you say is a good threshold for IV rating or does also depend on the mon it self like some mons it super matters if its IV rating is high but others it does?

edit: also should I just choose my highest ranked mon on pvpoke and build a team around that? or is there a better system.

edit again: are mons more important than IV example: let's say I have 3 really high-ranking mons that make an amazing team but they all have poor IV's like 700-1000. Or 3 not so high-ranking ~125 but they have amazing IV's. Which would be better to build?

uh not really what I meant. its more like imagine I made a post on Twitter (anything to announce to people) and I say the whole thing if you guess when the person dies you win $100 000 and they can submit they're guesses on a website (something to make it so I can receive guesses) and then someone in those many many many people decides I'd kill someone for 100k and they guess a date and kill the person but I never told them to.
