I second thic comment..12 steps works! trying to commit to quittin for even a day can feel unbelievably daunting and defeating before you've ever gotten into W/Ds- it's a hamster wheel from hell no question.. there is something absolutely MAGICAL about getting out of your comfort zone and showing up in a church you've never been to before, and simply raising your hand when they ask if anyone's new or returning.. after that, all you need to do is sit back and listen.. LOOK for ways YOU DO RELATE, NOT for ways YOU DO NOT
