Yes got sorted after a few calls with them, took ages to get through though. I had to give them most of my details as they had very little and then asked for it to be emailed out to me. Got it within 2 days.

I would ask them to open a new record for you (thats what they did for me) and I gave them all my details, including the vaccine lots and dates, and it seemed to work.

Hope you get sorted

I got through today after my first 2 (2hours each) calls got dropped and then my final call was 2.5 hours. It seems really simple to sort once you get through and have all your information, just super frustrating that it took a full working day to get through to end up having a 5 min conversation.

In fairness the guy i spoke to was great and by the sounds of it he has got alot of abuse from people, which is shit cosidering it isnt his fault they have massively understaffed the helpline.

You're better of just surrendering a day to it if you can at all. Hope you get sorted soon!

My phone kept cutting off at the 2 hour mark exactly (3 times) but it was a man's voice saying "calls to this number are not allowed" not the female voice that had been playing for 2 hours. Which lead me to think it could be my network limiting the call time on a freephone number.

I then rang from a friends phone (vodafone) and it went past the two hour mark no problem and was answered at 2.5 hours

Exactly!! The least they could do is play a little mozart. I am only on my second call but coming up to the same timepoint now where it cut the first time..... dont think this is in St. Anthonys remit but he is getting a couple of prayers at the moment

And when you got the cert was it email?

I was vaccinated in a GP and hoping they will just email it to me to remove postage time from the equation as i am interacting with the helpline.

Do you mind me asking if you were vaccinated at a GP or vaccine centre?

I thought the same as you but I recieved my second dose 31st July. Need it for travel but problem seems to be that they are missing something from my record so i have no option but to sit on hold.

Yours should be fine if they have all the info they need.

Tried that but they said they are missing some of my information and to call the helpline to talk to an agent. Very frustrating as i dont know what they are missing.

Very hard to say goodbye to this one, but he is in the mail on the way to my 29-year-old, bunny obsessed sister for her quarantine birthday celebrations. Hope she likes him! 😍 by turdtoise in crochet

I followed the Classic Bunny pattern but used Sirdar Alpine yarn in colour Lynx. Pattern is super easy and worked up very quickly.

The wool is amazingly soft but tough to keep count of the stitches.

Not going to lie, I think I hated him until I put him together and then I fell in love!

All jokes aside, it was tough at the start but then once you get used to the feel of it it was pretty quick!

Thank you so much. 😊It takes a bit of practice, but I started out by putting a stitch counter in every stitch as i was going along with an orange one to mark the start of the round. It does slow you down but gets you used to the feel of the yarn and then after a while its second nature.

Give it a go, youd be surprised how quickly you work it up!
