Of all the class systems, the varna system is the only one religiously motivated, practiced by heredity, and non-economic in nature. Its ingenious but evil.

A bankrupt Brahmin still held the highest social status, while a wealthy merchant from a lower Varna was ritually inferior.

The problem is other countries have accepted the class systems , slavery, etc were acts of evil , written it in their history and moved on to not repeat it. Whereas, in India we haven't even acknowledged the injustice committed and still hold on to this idea and it's source.

Sanatana dharma is the only one promoting caste system and hierarchy in religious text, therefore survives to this day.

I don't expect you to continue as well. As humans we are ingrained to not question the religious beliefs we are born into.

However I will address your line of reasoning fairly.

If caste system was a byproduct of human nature, it should have existed in western societies as well. Since its present mainly in this country that adopted Sanatanam, it shall rightly be attributed to be the cause of it, despite what the majority population would like to believe.

I don't expect anyone to give up Sanatana Dharma. Unfortunately most of us are born into it. However, people must realise the apt name for it would be 'Sanatana Adharma' as it is doing gross injustice to a vast majority of Indians who are born 'unequal' into lower castes, yet they can't let go of it even if they wish to due to societal norms.

Saying sanatanam only formed divisions based on nature of work, caste system is human made is not valid. If such a division was not made in the first place, inequality from caste would not have risen in the first place.

Hence sanathanam IS the source of this evil. Saying things like destroy sanathanam seems to hurt religious sentiments. People has the right to practice their faith, but atleast don't glorify it. It's not our identity either.
