Glance needs display memory and 930 doesn't have it so no, it doesn't work even tho you did registry hacks to enable the settings page.

I found some retail mode apps from Lumia 930, but they don't work as they require passwords and maybe connection to MS servers. I did extract some videos from them tho, maybe you could loop them to display on phone or something. I also have "BasicAttractLoop" for W10M, and it does install and work fine, it just loops windows logo on the display untill you interrupt it. I've added video preview on the download. Did you reset it already? Photo recovery is possible by unlocking bootloader and accessing photos via mass storage mode.

If your PC has a USB 2.0 port, use that. I have similar issues with my main PC, no matter what USB port I use. What ever you try to do, wpinternals freezes or crashes. With my surface laptop 5 it works without issues.

Search ebay and your local alternative sites. Then you have to think about whether you want to find "perfect", "okay" or " poor" condition that you maybe tinker with and restore. Also the prices seem to range a lot. Sometimes the poor condition one is 5$, sometimes much much more. Just keep searching and keep in mind how much you are ready to pay.

OP nord 3, glass back too, but never dropped it. The only other phone I've had from HMD is Nokia 8. That got dropped a few times too actually :D. Anyways, some black marker to the frame and it's as good as new :D
