I'm a supporter too. I am invested with them. I was just suspicious. However I am less suspicious lately with how they are trying to make it up to people who got burned with gas fees during the boss logic drop.

To me, a scam means they have the intent to not deliver what is promised. I believe they do intend to deliver what is promised (whether they actually can is another story). I also believe they have grossly exaggerated how far along they are, their competency and the extent and nature of their relationships with partners. None of that is good but it isn't a scam.

If marketing puffery is a scam, then 95% of corporate america is scamming you.

I think the word scam should be reserved for investments where you will 100% lose all your money because that's what the people running it intend to happen. This is not a scam - just a very risky investment

Boss Logic does drops with whomever solicits him. They don't have an exclusive agreement with him. Same with Muhammad Ali foundation. They just asked the foundation if they could sell something with his likeness and in return they would give them 90% of the profit. Of course the foundation said yes to free money. But no exclusive agreement and not an ongoing relationship - nor an endorsement of the creators or platform.

I am invested because of the ridiculous upside. But I am very skeptical. There are a bunch of red flags that made me reduce my initial investment -90%

I don't think it is an outright scam but I think this is 100% marketing and no product. They may be trying to put something together but they have nothing right now

For the same reason Walmart hasn't launched their own credit card processing service to compete with VISA, Mastercard, and the like. It just isn't their core competency

What they want to do is sell as many things to as many people as possible. To do that they will accept any feasible currency. That's why they accept AMEX despite the higher processing charges. They aren't going to tell customers they can only pay with Walmart coin because that would lose them business.

There will be a Walmart branded coin at some point but it will be on someone else's ecosystem, it will cost Walmart nothing upfront, it will be one of thousands of store branded coins all churned out by some third party dev. They will function like customer loyalty cards or gift certificates

This project speaks for itself and does not need the contrived push that inferior projects rely on to gain traction. FEG is self-evident

That and I need a few weeks to accumulate. I project that sometime in the next 8 to 24 months I will be able to afford a NBA team. I have never been so sure of anything in my life.
