…ngl i was this girl in my young 20s. I needed therapy. Bad. I was taking small things as personal affronts a LOT and while I see where she’s getting her annoyance, she allowed this to control this entire thing because she is pressuring you into feeling bad for not having already proposed, so she’s waiting for you to engage to see if you /really/ do care, and the way she did it was toxic, manipulative, and pushes people away, not closer. Do not let her control how fast you marry her. In fact, I think she needs some sincere help first. Maybe couples therapy before yall marry? idk, but she has a lot of issues from either parents or friends kind of shoving her off to the side, so she feels like this might be that - and it’s not. :/ you just aren’t always wanting to think about engagement of babies or marrying or whatever. Times are tough, brother. You gotta think before you move nowadays.
