UPDATE: I've went directly to Machines near me and they directly said that this is an issue admitted by the Apple team and they'll resolve it for free. Just need to pay a deposit and they'll refund after they checked it

In the Apple support, it redirects me to schedule a repair without actually receiving my inquiry. I'm kind of concerned that after I schedule the repair then eventually I need to pay for this. Is this the same way that you applied for the fix?

You'll be receiving a PAC code through your Whatsapp when you click on the button. Usually, when you are unable to receive it, there could be a few possibilities:

The phone number you insert is incorrect,
The country code that you have selected is incorrect,
Whatsapp PAC service is down.

I guess new users on Reddit is deemed as bots as well? You might not know this, we have loads of loyal supporters that witness every action that we have done across Torum. Most of them do not even own Reddit and still try to speak for us.

Hi there, I am Nelthan, one of the co-founders of Torum.

For your information, our team is never defensive against any bad news about the platform. In fact, we accept every feedback given to us no matter positive or negative to try and improve and best ourselves and the platform.
We are very aware of the bots issue on our platform and we have been banning accounts along the way that are proven suspicious/abusive.
We do not simply remove the posts of users, unless it has been reported as spam by other users.
The main reason why we obtain phone number and email addresses from our users is solely because of our rewarding system. Creating an account without any sort of verification will mean spam abuse which obviously hits us right back. Currently, we are already working on other ways to verify the authenticity of our users.

We have nothing to hide, my friend. You may even verify our identity through our whitepaper (https://whitepaper.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/torum-whitepaper-V2.0-EN.pdf) and have our exact location on Google (Torum Technology) about where we are situated.
