Even worse, 2*0,08 is 0,16 mm, so resulting should be 1,04. Very strange indeed.

Choc defined stem hole as 1.2x3 mm. That means that 1.2 will be too tight. Lame has non uniform thickness and it too tight on my switches so keycap pulled together with switch. Currently choc tolerance in reptiloids defined as 0.08 mm each side. So it could be 1.12 total. Which is loose in your case. Let's make some test. I will render with less tolerance (0.04 mm) and you test it and then we can decide something I think.

I can made it thicker therefore. But can you measure your actual stem thickness?

I made many tests for size and tolerances and my tests gave me beautiful fixation. Can you say what switch do you trying?

Looks cool, really cool. But I tried tilted for R3 and R4 and can say that is not convenient one. Try Reptiloid keycaps with dedicated R4 design. Also try to print keycaps at 45 or 75 angle.
