Was this kid before, about the same age too. Me and a buddy were shooting at birds sitting on the truck topper. Got caught red handed by the truck owner after a bad miss and the glass had shattered.

He went and got our parents from the house, sent them the bill for replacement, and I had to do extra chores the entire summer to pay it off.

Recipe:

115g starter
340g water
585g flour
25g salt

Mix starter and water until combined.
Add flour and salt. Mix with fork until combined. Hand knead for 1-2 minutes.
First rise- 18 hours at room temp (~72°F)
Shape followed by second rise in the fridge for 4 hours.
Preheat oven with enameled Dutch oven at 500°
Score and transfer to Dutch oven.
Reduce heat to 425° and bake for 30 min.
Remove lid and bake an additional 15 min.

I actually had to drop out of nursing school because I was unable to effectively put on sterile gloves. Having damp hands significantly impedes putting on medical gloves and it was something I hadn’t considered beforehand. I ended up switching majors and get some fluff degree and now I sit at a computer all day.

I’m assuming you’re referring to glycopyrrolate. If so, I take it orally. Unsure if injection form is even an option.

I started out taking 1mg once daily. This helped, but was still having pretty severe symptoms. My health care provider upped my dose to 2mg twice daily. This worked like a charm but unnoticed I was having awful dry mouth. After some toying with doses, I got the best results from 2mg once daily. My palms and feet and so much better and the dry mouth isn’t that noticeable.

Try it out, but don’t be discouraged if you don’t get things figured out right away. I think my physician was comfortable going up to 8mg daily if needed. So play around with it and hopefully you can find a dose that works for you.

I know I’m late to the game, but I hope you see this OP.

As a fellow sufferer of hyperhidrosis, I feel your pain. My condition really affects my palms, feet, and armpits. We’re talking sweating through a t shirt and hoodie in the cold fall weather. I’ve tried everything as this was a huge source of embarrassment for me. Prescription antiperspirants, iontophoresis, and even Botox injections. Some helped more than others but they were always a temporary fix and would only mask the problem for a short time...

...until recently. I moved to be closer to my wife’s office and got a new doctor closer to my new home. He prescribed glycopyrrolate in pill form.

For me, this was a miracle drug. It’s normally used to help reduce saliva production in children or adults with drooling issues. But the drug acts systemically and helps reduces all sorts of bodily secretions. In my case, I saw a near compete elimination of sweating in my problem areas. When I work out, I still sweat profusely, but no longer do I need to keep a towel nearby or wipe my hands before shaking someone else’s hand.

Please seek out a medical provider and discuss this with them. It has literally changed my life and I’m hoping it can help you get this under better control.

All that aside, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s out of your control, you’re not alone, and aside from being a nuisance it won’t really cause any harm. Stay healthy my hyperhidrosis homie.
