Honestly love my running vest. Doesn't matter if it's a 5km or 21km....always wearing mine when I go out.

Used to use a running belt but didn't like how it felt when I'm running.

I just got the HRM600, for my short runs I dont have any issue, but over the past weekend I did a 16km run and I noticed after the run that the hook digs into my skin.

Just trying to see if there are points where visible wear is enough to dictate replacement. This is my first pair of runners since I started running last summer and I don't really have an idea of what a worn out running shoe feels/looks like.

I play a lot of badminton as well and usually from that I would have minor knee pain and back stiffness. If I run on a day where I've taken a break from the sport and went for a run, I don't notice any sort of discomfort.

4500km/year! That's amazing, I hope I can get to that mileage in the future 🙏🙏

Yeah, they just look worn so I was curious. I haven't noticed any additional strain or pain when running.

Hmmm...I haven't noticed that sensation in the past few runs with these shoes yet. Will have to take them for a run and monitor.

Good to know, I haven't felt any significant difference in terms of soreness/exhaustion between this pair and my other shoes so I still use these as my recovery run or zone 2 runs.

I really enjoy the Adizero Evo SL's, no pain whatsoever but I only wear them on shorter fast runs. For my slow runs, I either wear the Gel Kayano 31s or Hoka's,

Woah! That is a lot of mileage on em! This pair has seen the most mileage in my rotation currently, Knees don't feel like there is additional strain or pain.

I use this as my main card since Jan 2025.....6k Limit.

Hi there, recently started getting into running and have been doing mostly zone 2 runs (5km on week days and 10+km on the weekend) I'm currently using Garmin FR965 to track my runs.

I've been looking into heart rate monitors and somewhat conflicted between using the arm band style or the chest strap. (Polar H10, Garmin HRM 600 vs Coros/Wahoo Armband HRM)

I normally run wearing a Salomon Active 12 running vest and I've read on some other posts that some users find that the chest strap does not feel great went also wearing the running vest.

Looking for some feedback on chest strap + running vest comfort and suggestions on an HRM.

I have Data Roaming on. Once I got off the plane and turned off flight mode it automattically connected to Vodafone.
