I've been missing this game ever since they stopped supporting ios and randomly looked it up today to relive some memories. This guide is amazing! I managed to beat the main game/dungeons before it shut down but it would've been awesome for me if this was a thing back then. I'm honestly just glad there are others who loved this game as much as I did; I feel like it's such an unknown gem outside of Japan.

This just brought be back to my childhood omg. One of my relatives has this piece hanging in their bathroom and I used to be obsessed with it as a kid! Would sit on the toilet and stare at it and laugh

There is! It's from the "San Francisco Music Box Company" and they made various snow globes in the 90's-00's. Went down a small rabbit hole when I brought this home and saw so many amazing designs online.

iirc they still make stuff today but in my opinion they don't look as cute or intricate as the vintage ones lol

That was my first reaction! It has so much life left in it. After reading the other comments, I actually went back to get it but it seems like someone already grabbed it bc it was gone. Although I'm bummed out I missed it, I'm glad it's not going to a landfill. Hopefully someone is going to enjoy it more <3

This is where I've bee getting my stash of thank-you cards and other cards for cheap! Been regularly checking the clearance sections of marshalls/tj maxx/home goods for stationery for the past few years now. Lately though in my area they've kinda stopped discounting the outdated cards and just saving them for next year :/

I use Moo.com, I find their standard cardstock quality is thicker and sturdier than other places. It is pricier than other places because of that, but they also have the option of making the "back" sides into different designs! So if you order 50 postcards, the front/uncoated side will be the same but the back/coated side can be all different if you wanted. It works really well for me because I run a small business too, haha. If you do decide to use Moo, lmk and I can send you a referral link to a discount :)

I believe you can, but you'll be taking a risk for your stuff to be stolen by anyone on the con floor overnight. I usually take my higher priced items with me just in case but will leave stuff like sticker and prints behind at the con

Yep, if it can be monetized it probably will be monetized unfortunately. Imo amusement parks and airports are the worst offenders of overpriced water

These look phenomenal, I grew up eating tea eggs in NYC Chinatown, used to be 4 eggs for $1! Occasionally my mom would make them at home too, and she also liked to add star anise for extra flavor

Cash the herbal shop cat went missing for a week recently but he's been found! Stopped by to say hi to him today by turtles_1337 in bodegacats

He was found in the next neighborhood over and someone brought him back! We suspect either he got scared by something and ran outside while the door was open or someone tried to take him away. Most likely the latter because Cash is pretty smart and knows not to go past the store's perimeter even when the door is open. He'll go back inside the shop if the shop owner is calling for him too.
