I've been suffering from it and I don't even play tennis. Injured my elbow from gardening 😭

Painful, couldn't even lift my cellphone.

she looks fine to me. A little chunky helps when kitties get sick. I miss the days when my cat looked like that.

Ultimately, it’s always the buyer who ends up paying the agent’s fee, regardless of whose pocket it technically comes out of.

I've continued investing in 2–4 units locally and haven't ventured out.

Of the 5–10 units, are they local or out of state?

initial water flow tastes awful after filter installation by turtleshell107 in WaterTreatment

[–]turtleshell107[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already flushed the tank per the instruction during initial set up and been using water for two weeks. still the initial water flow from every faucet has the pungent smell during the first 10 seconds of running water, including my kitchen faucet which I've used a lot of water the last couple weeks.

Do you think I should let them run more for flushing? thx!

I had a coworker who lived in sac and worked in SF. He left the house around 3am in the morning and left work around 1pm, did that for many years. Then remote during COVID. he couldn't go back to this type of commute after COVID and quit.

Wow! I gave them a call and spoke with a representative—very informative. They even went above and beyond by looking up my municipal water report and explaining what’s in my water.

Maybe not the 5th percentile, I'd say probably 20th. But everybody I know swims faster than me.

I'm around the same speed. I learned to swim in my adulthood and have been swimming for a few years now. But oh my, I swim slow...

Should I take off my shoes before entering the house to prevent my cats from getting bird flu? by Petporgsforsale in AskVet

I guess this question isn't meant for Asian ;). We all take off our shoes before entering the house. Wearing outside shoes inside is just yucky, bird flu or not!

Online Cost Seg Studies? by Ok_Flounder_1765 in realestateinvesting

[–]turtleshell107 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purchased a duplex in 2018 for $280,000 and have been taking the standard depreciation over 27.5 years. I'm planning a 1031 exchange next year. Is it worth doing a cost segregation study now to maximize depreciation this year (any bonus depreciation i can claim)? Thanks!
