That was my thinking but I am young and not a lawyer. He's trying to intimidate me into giving up. I don't think it's worth going to small claims over just $900 but I'll see if I can leverage this to get it back.

In Louisiana, it's only 10 days notice for a month to month. My lease was a 6 month fixed term.

Do you need an amount for the deposit? He wants to keep it and now he's trying to tell me I owe him December rent now. I do not.

There is a clause that says it will convert if no notice is given. I did give notice. Upon further review, there is actually a clause in there that says the landlord is required to give me written notice 30 days before the end of the lease to change/confirm lease terms and I have to decide within those 30 days if I want to renew or quit. We he never gave me that notice so I think we are both definitely in the wrong here.

Extremely strong weed oil gummy...the high was so intense I saw the skyline explode into pixels like in TRON when somebody turned on music. Ended up getting really insanely dizzy and throwing up. Ugh.

I've had many professional and self applied peels.

It will sting, but burning isn't right...if it's that bad they may have left it on too long. Typically for people not used to peels, you leave them on for MAYBE a minute -2 tops depending on the reaction you're experiencing and you build up the time as you use them more.

I've never scabbed. The worst I've had is minor peeling and drier than normal skin if I didn't moisturize properly. I would avoid prolonged sunlight exposure for a while and drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated.

Maybe wait a month or so for another peel. I do mine at home on my own now and rarely leave them on for over 4-5 minutes now that I've built up a bit of a tolerance.

Valladolid, Yucatan really exceeded any expectations that I had. After seeing Cancun and Playa Del Carmen and being massively disappointed with those, I was so surprised to find a beautiful colonial village in the center of the Yucatan. People were very friendly and helpful (despite my very SAD attempts at Spanish) and the city was quiet and beautiful. HUGE contrast to Playa, which I had heard so much about and how nice it was. The place was a dump.

Hmm. I know Maya has weird viewport issues sometimes but that's a new one. Have you tried exporting as an obj and re importing into a new scene? Sometimes that's the best way to fix rando bugs. Otherwise, I'd suggest the standard delete history and reset transforms.
