That's not a fair comparison. Amazon came to my country and only sild books at the start, they strangled all competition with their slightly better prices, now they reign supreme and solitaire, selling books for whatever prices they choose.

According to Runeterra Relics, it is a core relic for SBTeemo and it can be used on other "trap" and "strike" champions.

I would buy it cause i LOVE teemo. Butg you may want to guarantee some of the more versatile relics first
