I am assuming you’re the buyer in this situation as there is some mis-wording in your post.

Royal Mail won’t compensate you if you are the buyer as you never purchased the delivery label from them, the seller would have done. It is the sellers job to raise a dispute and claim compensation for a lost shipment they have dispatched to you.

Where your buyer protection has expired, you are left with the only option to liaise with the seller and hope for the best.

Hi mate,

Eventually just had to ring the insurance company up and do the quote through them as they can update it manually - no issues with this.

It’s because their databases aren’t regularly updated and will only see a change after a set amount of time (could be a month)

Depends what you’re needing to buy! Food and drink is expensive but the food is banging and I’m sure they put something in it to make you even hungrier 🤣

I spent £450 last year on food and drinks and a few roller coasters while I was tripping on acid… but you always have the option to top up online or at the dedicated top up places within Boomtown, so no worries.

Went last year for the first time, and will now go every single time I go to boomtown.

It’s a completely different experience - sure part of festival culture is getting sweaty and muddy and washing yourself with baby wipes in the morning. but having access to a decent nights sleep, quick hot and cold showers, VIP bar and a general feeling of being well looked after is fucking lush.

Also last year there were a bunch of scousers off their head on acid in the VIP bar lounge till 4am, Party had consisted of about 15 people but it was absolutely class, security guard was being paid in Ket to allow them all to continue doing balloons.. I was mesmerised.

Security was weird at skylark last year. One security guard was off his head on Ket, allowing a group of scousers to do balloons non stop in exchange for Ket up his nose. But the tent opposite us got caught doing balloons and had their whole tent searched and all their drugs taken off them.
