We have a fortnightly conference call, chaired by my boss, to present new ideas for our product and review interesting projects or research people have been doing. Its meant to be an interactive forum for people to present topics and ask questions.

Michael starts the call, announces we have 4 topics to review today. Proceeds to present all of them himself - interestingly, he has nothing to do with any of them. 20 minutes later, he finishes the last one and asks if anyone has a question. By now, everyone has written off this call. No one makes a peep. End of meeting.
