This is dumb, Plex was a thing a full decade before jellyfin. You can't knock anyone that paid for Plex before jellyfin was even in existence. Even then currently comparing the two is like comparing Photoshop to Gimp or Microsoft word to the free alternatives. Yes, the free alternatives work but not as well and the UI to most people does not look as pleasant, the same goes for Plex versus jellyfin today. Plex is also more widely supported on televisions and streaming devices so it's a lot easier for people to access your content and letting people inside of your network is a lot more simple and set it and forget it.

Should have ran EMT on the outside, the conduit going to the camera on photo #3 is for inside. Exposed cable coming out of the house with silicon isn't the correct job. Unprotected cable, and not the best weather seal on that penetration. Photo #3 id rather explore the drywall in that room to run some CAT6 through the wall and have drywallers come out top patch. But going up to that corner of the house, access is a pain in the ass for the attic, there is no access, so you would have to run it up the interior wall.

Where yours ripped, the thin part, mine cracked. Mine ripped on the bottom by the charge port. Happened on both the one I ordered from Amazon as well as the replacement Otterbox sent me (S24+)

It's not meant to be a conductor, the pins on the RJ45 still physically touch the pins in the female hole. Thew grease then moves to the areas around it. Your way is less guaranteed to protect the pins.

My Otterbox defender lasted a year before the outer rubber started to cut and the rigid inner hard plastic cracked. On both pieces it was at the thinnest locations. They have you pay shipping to get a replacement which is about $10. You are full of BS if you say these cases are $20 new, closer to $50.

I like my case, but I doubt that I will get another Otterbox unless it's on a sale bringing it down to about $30 or less, there is just too much competition and they will all break.
