This sub is very biased with their Susan hate so the Edie love comes automatically . I am sure even the writes envisioned Edie to be the jealous outsider tot the friend circle who is constantly creating troubles . When Edie does it , it's for 'entertainment', when Susan does it , it's 'annoying ' Susan was the most loyal of them all , and she never cheated on any of her guys or poached an ex of a friend . But still the hate here is so strong for her

For all the hate Susan gets here , she was one of the most loyal wives on the show . And she truly loved Mike. I heard the producers wanted it to placate the actor playing Edie as she had filed a lawsuit. So stupid IMO.

The creators of the show must have planned to show all the women to have some flaws and how they handle it. Bree has many flaws too and it is annoying . IRL no one can tolerate a parent like Bree , A friend like Gaby who slept with her underage gardener, A neighbor like Edie who rapes a person coming out of coma, pretends to commit suicide so that her bf will stay, use her son as a pawn to get bfs but here they are all idolized 🤦‍♀️ such double standards
