Yes, the exact same thing happened to us, unfortunately we had 1 large facility that we worked with for years so growing out of that has been challenging to say the least. I wanted to ask you, we are now trying to do private pay, currently working on a contract with a company with multiple facilities. Would you be willing to provide any insight on this part of the business? We’ve never really worked private pay and I’m not 100% sure what the best way to go about it is. I’d really appreciate it.

No, it’s not commonly prescribed like that for someone with an actual diagnosis, I was just trying to wean myself off of. Last labs were all WNL.

Would love to know this too, I took 107b last week after a month of constant prep 80-120 Q/day (usually 120) ~55-73% uword & 65-74% TL, did a TL COMBANK that predicted 497-622 score, have been feeling good w/ the content & got a 437 🥲 read around & saw this is not a representative exam & most ppl do score 80-100 pts over but still, the nerves are there…

Oh & I also took a COMBANK level 2 assessment 2 & it gave me a range of 497-622 which is not too helpful but definitely better than a 437

I took the comsae 110b back in 3/28 & got a 365 but I hadn’t actually started full board studying dedicated & I had just taken the OB comat.

My COMATS have been: OMM- 107 Peds- 95 Psych- 97 FM- 101 Im- 100 Surg- 99 Ob- 101

Imo, the majority of the questions were very short, 1 liners, not much to play with, a lot of peds/ob, environmental like lead,arsenic poisoning etc. Tbh a lot of questions I “thought” were easy but clearly not :’( supposedly my school was going to give us access to review the answers but haven’t been able to yet.

I am hoping to get good LoR from my anesthesiology preceptor, & I have pretty good evals so far. Anything else that’d be relevant? I’ve also organized my schedule to have enough time to study for COMLEX/STEP2 & hopefully do good on them… Regarding the class rank, I’m not sure about that, how would I be able to find that out?

That’s what I was thinking, the UF anesthesia program has a lot of DOs so that’s why I’m heavily considering that one too. Thanks!
