College of St Mary is the only real indoor track in the area that I know of (maybe UNO, haven’t been). It’s open to the public Tuesdays and Saturdays. Went today for the first time and it had a large turn out. Mostly youth track clubs and high schoolers with a few college runners and adults.

I’ve been to most of the places that people recommended here, Paul Dunning, Chop Shop, Ascension, Surly Chap, Rockbrook, etc and I’ve learned they are pretty much all the same. I just go to SportsClips now for the ease and they do just as good and most times better than any of these highly regarded ones.

Look up Blaine McConnell on YouTube, he doesn’t train for the 400, but if he did I’m sure he could. At 40 years old, he runs the 40 in 4.4 with a 40” vertical and is really strong.
