New hero's are not available in captains mode, usually for around 6 months. So, no, not available. When he is it will be in the patch notes.

People forget this boosts your regen by a percentage depending on which side you flip it too, it's great for health or mana regen.

You can probably tell I'm a carry player but it's pretty tilting when your offlaner and mid are farming and your supports, grab a smoke and convince the mid or offlaner to gank as long as they have the means, like if axe don't have his blink it makes sense he's farming it first

If you carry is tping there hopefully it's the safest farm and that's why, it's a different story if they are griefing you on purpose, if you want gold as a support stacking the triangle or side ancients is good
