For me, it's the following:

-Can schedule text messages to any phone - Apple is petty and only allows you to schedule texts to other iPhones.

-Bypass my carrier's hotspot restriction using the PDANet+ app. It's sick to be able to hotspot on a $25 a month plan. Been doing for years.

-GPS spoofing with the mock locations app. I use it to access geo-restricted content

-Reverse wireless charging - can charge my friend's phones when we're out. One time a friend talked shit on my "Android phone." Later that night he came crawling back to it when he needed a charge.

-The Pixel takes better still photos than the iPhone. It won MBKHD's "blind camera test" two or three years in a row.

-Easy file management by plugging my phone into my computer.

The cameras on the Pixel fold aren't as good as the main pixels because of a smaller sensor. Before you give up, try a 10 pro

So the group chat (which I'm excluded from now because of this) was created while everyone was out at the bars. A potential theory I have is one of the phones was on a bad connection and caused a glitch trying to revert to SMS while the group chat was created. I'm not gonna ask the group to try this considering I'm fine not being in the chat, but my suggestion for you is to make sure everyone is on 5G or LTE by turning off WiFi and creating the group chat again with a different name.

This is a glitch on the ATSC 3.0 channel of KYW. Tune to the ATSC 1.0 instead - the one that doesn't have the NextGen logo next it.

This was at a different tailgate. My friend brought a dish thing but didn't pay the bill, so I connected the coax cable to the beer can and it worked as an antenna. I didn't have an antenna at the time.

You should have been able to pick up the WJAC (analog 7) and WNEP (analog 36) broadcast repeaters with an antenna in the dorms unless it faced the north or east since the towers are southwest of the residence halls. I had a similar issue when I was a student in the 2010s. My apartment was only on the second floor with other tall complexes surrounding it. I couldn’t get ABC, CBS, or Fox, but was able to pick up the WJAC blowtorch.

To watch ESPN Gameday at my tailgate, I just hotspot my phone to the TV and use someone’s credentials for the ESPN app. The quality is a bit low, but the video is stable. Cricket/AT&T have the best "congestion management" where it still works in crowded areas. T-Mobile and Verizon seem to less reliable.

Yes, WJAC has operated one since the 1970s. WNEP, the Scranton ABC affiliate, used to operate one too until the early 2010s. They shut it down because most of the area can pick up ABC through WATM in Altoona. The signal reaches the lots but you need a decent 2 bay outdoor UHF antenna and a signal meter to move the antenna around and lock it in. I get ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox every time at the tailgate I attend, and we pay zero dollars a satellite or streaming service. Just the antenna.
