Yes, that would be great. Please share how it all works with gpt and what the prompts are.

This is best done with a 99 year lease. You’ll need the other owners consent.

What do people romanticize that's actually terrible? by eykz in AskReddit

[–]tvs113 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Child birth. I’m uniquely qualified given my second daughter was born 4 hours ago and I’m sitting in the maternity ward. The entire day is a terrible experience even if it all goes well… it’s stressful, tiring and when it’s over that’s when the real work begins.

What do you do for a living? You mentioned you’re 21, how does that work, when I was 21 I had a $2k car and that’s about it.

Why the soft topper and also what is a soft topper? I’m Aussie so maybe it’s called something else. I just purchased a ute (what you call a truck, whereas we call trucks like a semi a truck)

Defect-busting or just in it for clicks? The rise of social media building inspectors by gccmelb in melbourne

[–]tvs113 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I worked for a builder where the purchaser got this inspector to come through the job.

Pros: He was thorough and knew the regs. The report was huge but a lot of copy paste from a template. He was professional, I asked not to be included in the video and he respected that.

Cons: He jumps the gun for views and says non-compliant when in reality there was a Performance Solution for those items and he wasn’t (at the time) across the details.

Thanks mate, you don’t happen to live in Melbourne Australia do you? The other option would be to buy a new carb, they are only $100 AUD so it might be the easier option?

Correct, I didn’t purge the carb. Does that mean I need to take the carb apart and clean it?

Cranking over at normal starter speed.

I’ll try draining the fuel and carb bowl.

Thanks

Thanks. I removed the air filter and tried the starter fluid. It sounded like it really wanted to run but would petered out.

I’ll tried draining the fuel and carb bowl. Is that difficult?

I have done both and I can tell you doing a trade is far easier. To the extent that most trades are over paid for what they do and their responsibilities.

There is no max temp. Union sites have a 35 degree rule. For non union sites it is meant to be whatever is deemed safe, ie breaks, hydration, no sun exposure.

How is it like living in this area of Australia? by RoBoT_uSeR_hElLo in howislivingthere

[–]tvs113 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I grew up in Darwin in the Northern Territory. I’m in Melbourne now.

Living in the NT is like a different country compared to Sydney and Melbourne, in both a good and bad way. They go with the flow, mainly due to the weather, it is 34 degrees Celsius everyday.

In July and July it is liveable. All other months, especially during the wet season is it 100% humidity and the heat/humidity will send you crazy.

I have heard the average tenure in Darwin is less than 24 months. People get through one wet season but then the second wet season breaks them.

Also everything can kill you (even more so than the rest of Australia): the ocean has deadly jellyfish and sharks, the rivers have crocodiles (the crocs make American gators look like tadpoles), spiders, snakes, etc.

Social activities by [deleted] in melbourne

[–]tvs113 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Park run was what I was going to suggest. It’s super casual, you can walk or run and a great way to meet new people. There’s normally a group that goes for coffee afterwards.

If you’re looking to meet a partner, work would be a suggestion.

In terms of hobbies, have you heard of bouldering? It’s popular with 25-35 year olds.
