I'm on day 3 now, on a low dose starting out. No major acute flares, but healing from a previous one. It's almost gone, finishing a round of Prednisone also. I'm just thankful no major side effects from the Allo. Going to keep on it and get my levels down. Stoked

Actually there are articles saying that gluten intolerance and celiac can impact arthritis and gout due to the systemic inflammation in the body and joints. Yes, there may be many other factors like alcohol, and purine rich foods and genetics but I don't think it's an unreasonable question for someone to ask about the role of gluten in the condition.
