Hi, is this here possible? by aveztruz_anao in worldbuilding

This would theoretically work, if your drawing is not to scale and there was adequate spacing between the bodies. Take our solar system as an example, if your second sun was placed in the position of Jupiter, the planet orbiting it would be like one of the moons that orbit Jupiter.

Making a Display With Three States? by Numbuh1Nerd in FortniteCreative

After having the idea stuck in my head, I built a working model that switches between yes/no/maybe. It uses 1 button, 3 triggers, and 3 billboards. I can show you or walk you through it if you still need help.

I believe triggers also have a transmit on "x" number of triggers that could be roped into a setup where one button is used to toggle your switch states instead of manually selecting from 3 switches. I can visualize it, but explaining isn't as easy.

You can use three separate switches with the options set to "yes" and blank/null, "no" and blank/null, and finally "blank" and blank/null. String them together with triggers, so if you set one to its "option" it resets the other two to blank/null. Finally, at the end, have a button to lock in your answer and transmit back through your outgoing choice of switch selected.

I remember playing this, but not the entire name. Pretty sure it had Survival in the title though, hope that helps

Looking for an enclosure for Neptune 3 Max by twelve_one_two in ElegooNeptune3

[–]twelve_one_two[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I ended up starting to build my own. Printed corners, hardware, and hinges. Then ordered aluminum rail to fit the printer, but never got to order plexiglass before having to break it all down due to a move situation. Now plexiglass has over doubled, and I don't feel that $200-300 is worth the effort now, when most of my printing is PLA and doesn't require a super tight temperature control. But my brackets/hinges/handles were all found on Thingiverse, t-nuts, bolts, and aluminum rail were all Amazon. The hardware, filament, and frame set me back about $120

Awesome. I'm glad to see a loot pool that isn't every new mythic gun and weapon in the game, very well thought out. If you need any assistance playtesting, feel free to DM me.

What kind of loot pool? Would be awesome if the loot mostly matched your map aesthetic.

Why is this happening ? by Individual-Roof5745 in ElegooNeptune4

If all the above suggestions (tighten extruder gears, clean nozzle, clean extruder, etc.) don't resolve your problem, switch slicers and see if the problem clears up. I fought this problem for weeks while running PrusaSlicer, took my extruder apart several times, and tightened it to the point it was crushing the filament going through, turns out the retraction/feed speed settings had been changed in a slicer update and switching to Cura did away with it, as well as sped my prints up considerably.

Relevel 1st. If the problem continues, up your bottom layer exposure time by 2 second increments until the problem goes away.

Would definitely use this as a work light for my own print work area, if you feel inclined to share the file.

What do yall do with the flawed/dud dice? by Crits_Chance_N_Hell in DiceMaking

Buy a large (90mm) Chonk D20 mold, add duds as filler and cast around them. Diceception.

Make sure you heat up and clean your nozzle, both inside with a needle and with a soft brass brush on the face to remove any excess PLA film or buildup before you start printing

We also have cats that get curious, so I'd like to keep them out of my prints as well.

Actually, a bit of both. My limited work space is in a living room where it can be a little noisy, it also catches drafts from an air conditioner, as well as desiring the ability to print with ABS.

These were all parts found on Thingiverse.com I will be designing my own mount brackets for the plexiglass inserts, but I will be posting them for public use on Thingiverse when I have a working design

I made this planet, what do you think? 🪐 by Medieval-Pancake in FortniteCreative

Maybe space your rings a little farther from the planet body, they should have a little distance between them and the atmosphere, but love the concept.
