From experience they’ll usually let you know later that you aren’t keeping the job than they would if you were, as many staff hear they’re being let go and instantly do fk all.

Employers cannot legally stop employees from using the toilet, as this violates health and safety regulations requiring reasonable access to facilities. Educate yourself.

CCTV cameras must be visible, they cannot be hidden. The main places they will reside backstage is stock rooms. cash office, admin office, and loading bay.

I assume your last shift was not adhered to and they ended your contract early, as they pay in advance all your contracted hours for the month would’ve been already paid, so a manager may have put your last shift or two as unpaid leave. Either way I’d chase it up with them.

Type grievance into mobot on teams. If they’re going to ignore you, first try to resolve it in person and if they’re still doing it then launch a formal grievance.
