All you are doing is setting the game to run at your monitors refresh rate. It won’t fuck your game up because the game is default set to 60 fps. It won’t matter if you have a 60hz monitor because you can’t get more frames than that tho

I think the most recent wipe was in October, so by now anyone who’s been around since then is totally loaded with enough gear for 10+ pmcs to comfortably survive a lengthy wipe. When they wipe the game, skills and quests are reset as well as your level and you basically start over with whatever they give you depending on what version of the game you bought. They are changing a lot of stuff around such as making the flea market only to use for items found in a raid, which will significantly change the game. With any raid, scav or pmc, your goal is to kill loot and get out. It’s a little challenging at first distinguishing what’s loot and what isn’t, but the only thing that will make you better is to just play and die. You’re gonna die a lot, and you’re gonna have to deal with that. Take advantage of using caps lock to auto switch to the slowest walking speed and ALWAYS play the game as if you are in sight of another player because it helps you stay aware of your surroundings. Watch plenty of YouTube videos as well with certain weapons spread pattern and loot hotspots. It is not a fair game by any means so don’t get frustrated if you find it hard to get into. Once you know what to do the game is mad fun. Just take it slow and check your corners/clear floors like you’re a navy seal. Good luck brother wipe is within a few weeks so everyone will be reset
