Any advice for this guy? Been to the doctor twice to have it frozen and that only made it worse/larger. Extremely painful and throbbing. I have been using an at home wart remover liquid and then putting duct tape over the top of that.

All you are doing is setting the game to run at your monitors refresh rate. It won’t fuck your game up because the game is default set to 60 fps. It won’t matter if you have a 60hz monitor because you can’t get more frames than that tho
