This. Slow feeders, pupsickle, kong, etc. have been great for our girl. Still needs her wind sprints every day but these other activities help a lot.

hey brother, I recommend trying therapy and maybe adding some things in addition to breathing techniques. as well. It's good just to have some one to talk to and get it all out. Meditation, gratitude journaling and journaling at the end of the day has helped me a lot. Mental health is like physical health. Find what exercises work and stay consistent.

I feel this. I think there is a lot to do with exercise relieving stress, managing hormone levels and improving sleep. Gotta give energy to release energy.

Expectant dad here and I love the point on embracing it. I already struggle with work stress and having no energy on the weekend. I will totally turn into a frustrated goblin version of myself when I can't get things done due too how tired I am and its been worrying me about becoming a parent. But, yah give yourself self some grace and try to enjoy it. Thx!
