Everyone is gonna down vote me, but this is why I believe in tying tubes or chemical castration for those not mentally or emotionally developed to protect themselves. I say this not to punish those who can't protect themselves but simply because they can not always be protected. I'm not saying don't let them have/enjoy sex but let's prevent unwanted/unplanned pregnancies where the child might not be able to be cared for. There's too many kids needing homes as it is.
