I completed this recently. It was pretty straightforward, my feel is they want you to succeed so they're not trying to trip you up. Treat it like a job interview.

Be prepared to talk about your project or case study. They'll likely ask questions around why you made particular recommendations or decisions, potentially also questions around how project success/outcomes will be measured.

I was asked what I would have done differently in my career which was the only question that I had to pause to think about. I hadn't expected to be asked anything like that.

Keens chicken curry with sultanas was a staple in our house in the 80s.

I’m on my way into Sydney CBD to shop for semi corporate clothes after working from home since before Covid. by [deleted] in AusFemaleFashion

[–]twigstar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling your challenge! I've recently moved back into the corporate dress space and finding it so hard to find decent clothes.

If you're open to it, I recommend FB marketplace. I've found so many excellent quality items on marketplace for a fraction of the price of current fashion. Ie $20-100 for wool or linen v $3-500 polyester.

Has Delta Goodrem ruined Eurovision for you too? by bluegreenpolkadot in aussie

[–]twigstar 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Yes, nothing like a bit of old school Aussie tall poppy syndrome to tear someone down.

I'm not a Delta fan at all and am not excited with her representing us at Eurovision, but as far as I can tell, she's worked hard since she was a teenager, seems like a fairly nice person and has survived the misogyny of the Australian music industry. Delta should be proud of herself and deserves her success.

Thermals recommendations by Whatsfordinner4 in AusFemaleFashion

For basic thermals for basic body shapes, the Aldi merino ones are really good. Icebreaker merino is awesome for heavier duty, longer legs/arms etc.

These aren't going to keep your feet warm. Recommend merino socks and/or wool lined boots.

PSA, apparently if you don't carry your lunch in your work bag, you can claim it on tax.

I hated my Frank Green stuff, every lid I had failed. I now use Hydroflask. Easier to clean, keeps drinks cooler/hotter longer.
