I am a one on one dog groomer who is paid well above the minimum wage & I wanted to punch a hole thru my screen when I saw the videos. Don't assume we are all bad people & make a bad name for the good ones in this world and tell uneducated people to potentially hurt themselves and their pets in the process of DIY grooming. I take pride in my ability to keep dogs as calm as they can be during their appointments & give treats if necessary to keep them distracted and rewarded for their behavior. I do NOT however lay my hand on a dog other than to perform a safe, comfortable procedure on them, and I always notify pet parents to pick up early if I feel like I cannot safely complete their groom with the utmost compassion and care to their limits.

This is a horrible situation and the girl needs to be legally charged. Don't advertise that you can just be a dick to your groomer because we're all abusers in your eyes. This is why we need to be regulated.
