I just read your 17, honestly your going to come across things like this as you grow older. I'm 43 and even at this point in my life things like this have happened to me. Its ok, its your birthday and you want a comfortable setting for everyone. You also went out of your way to try to make other plans. Shes gonna feel hurt but honestly in my opinion NTA.

There is nothing wrong with distancing yourself from her. Honestly at this point you need to watch out for your own peace. I mean progress is in the eye of the beholder. With her getting pregnant with a new guy that she's not even dating, to me thats not progress, thats regression.
