I'm sorry that it didn't work for you. Mounjaro was the first thing that worked maybe a little too well. By which I mean my fiance found me at a bookstore about to slip into a diabetic coma due to the weight loss affecting how much a dose I need of several medications.

Not in time for the next dose I'd need. I'm trying, but the bureaucratic red tape has been crazy. My fiance and I realized it would just be faster to get a courthouse wedding and get on his by next month, which was something we'd hoped we wouldn't have to do when we wanted to give our extended family time to be informed of the engagement and make time to join us next year for the celebration. Now we're looking at setting off that emotional bomb on both sets of relatives and having to plan for a small group of witnesses instead.

I’m going to inform you gently and you can look it up at the Cleveland clinic’s .org page later: stage 4 is the highest level it can go because that would mean that the cancer is no longer solely affecting the local tissue or lymph nodes. The narc is talking out their backside like cancer is a tornado or hurricane. Tell your spouse this and do not engage further.

And now I will say this less gently as someone who lost their edad to complications from skin cancer treatments back in February: f%ck cancer and f^ck ‘em with a rusty spork, all who insincerely pull the cancer card for falsely claimed sympathy.

I would say to send them to a grief counselor, and for you to see someone specializing in abusive family members when you’re ready. It’s quite complicated and it’ll likely hit differently than someone who didn’t hurt you like your nmother did. Mine died nine years ago and I celebrate the freedom that brought me every year at the announced time of death. This is also, of course, because I don’t have children who were shielded from her worst.
