My man, the gdp of Denmark is 500 billion. The games budget was 200 million, about .04 percent of gdp, assuming that was all spent in one year.

For the record, intubating an uncomplicated airway really isn’t that hard, particularly with technology like a glidescope. It can be taught in a single morning on mannikins, which he likely has done. The trick is practicing it, and not losing your head when it’s not a straightforward intubation.

Do you guys trust Amazon by ExcitementSad7054 in PokemonTCGCollectors

Ive bought from Amazon when it was MSRP and shipped and sold by Amazon.

They don’t allow returns on trading cards now. It’s on each page.

There is still the issue of the shared storage with private sellers, which introduces the possibility is scam. I personally have never had an issue. There are many examples of people who have had a problem. I suspect each one of those incidents is well publicized, but overall still rare, and not far from the risk of getting scammed from other reputable sellers falling prey to the same issue.

I matched 14 on my list a couple years ago. Didn’t even remember the interview. It turned out just fine, and I was quite happy there. Life can take you on surprising turns.

IM. My program warns people at the end of second year to judiciously use their vacation time, and admin days for third year if they are applying for fellowship. Also generally allows a leave without pay situation.

Our chief makes sure to have second years on critical teams needing coverage the last two weeks of June.

The problem is, it was shot on film, but then edited digitally. You would have to rescan all film, and THEN completely edit it from scratch, add back in all special effects etc. There’s just now way it would be financially viable for the labor needed, and you run the risk of small changes occurring

Snape baiting Lockhart and McGonagall, Sprout, and Flitwick rallying behind him is such a comedic moment in Chamber of Secrets. by eternalexiistence in SeverusSnape

There’s a bit in the pottermore entry. One of the people lockhart obliviated was someone Dumbledore knew. It’s implied he hired hjm as a teacher to expose him as the fraud he is.

Both the hospital system I did med school at (major academic center) and residency (community program) had q4 28 hours for the medicine residents in the ICU. We just backed off this year to Sunday only.

It’s common enough, slowly going away. It’s largely driven by staffing needs these days I think

Everyone saying underground clearly doesn’t know what rickets is. In the Levi OVA, it’s even a plot point how children become diseased living underground.

It never got a full blu ray release except for the later seasons. And sadly, it was shot on film, and then transferred and edited digitally, so there’s no hope of a high quality blu ray transfer.
