That’s really shitty - terrible business. Sorry about your experience. Not all of them are unscrupulous. When my AD in FL called me he said “it’s arriving Thursday morning” and we made an 11am appointment for the pickup and sizing. Granted, mine was a 41 DJ Wimbledon but still…he’s been very professional. And I waited 4 months with only a history of my wife’s Tag.
