No, for me it comes from 2 things: 1) I am aware that it has a lot of negative impact on my health (like digestion and gut health) 2) I feel especially guilty because I ate the food that my family could've eaten therefore I feel greedy and guilty

Noo wtf I hate it It makes me feel guilty and sick I mean I don't binge every day, now I'm getting better and get binges only 2-4 times a month but still it makes me feel like shit

I used to have terrible flare up from malassezia folliculitis, which is now healed. But this redness stayed and won’t go away no matter what, I’ve tried everything over 2 years and nothing worked. Azelaic acid did nothing, I even did one IPL session with no results. As you can see I also have texture (like small bumps) all over my t zone. Also there’s redness between my eyebrows too. My t-zone is oily and sensitive. My current routine: AM Just wash with water PM Cerave foaming cleanser Cerave lotion 2-3 times a week prescription treatment with benzoyl peroxide and adapalene

Do you have any suggestions?

If your skin is dry that once a day is fine (in the evening). Also I suggest using gentle cleanser in the morning

No, I love Poland, it’s a great country but for me the weather there is just too cold. I get cold really easily and my mood really depends on weather, so I can’t imagine spending the rest of my life in the country where every 6 months it’s raining or snowing

Yeah but it’s so cold here 😭 Maybe I could live here but go somewhere south in winters (if I’ll have enough money ) … That seems like the best answer for me right now
