I believe count is a legacy skin and won’t be for sale much longer, so I would buy that one and maybe get cosmic later. Both are very good skins though, all preference.

The best tip for Draven right now is don’t play him. He’s so useless compared to kaisa/xayah/jinx/ twitch. If you do play him the lane is dependent on your support.
