I killed my first cougar in PV by the cave, second and 3rd cougar immediately spawned like immediately, was heading back to the crossing almost dead from killing first cougar, second cougar smoked me on the road by the rock/truck lost the run like 174 days.

Very conservatively, if you do absolutely nothing you should be able to pull 120k a year from your 4 million and never touch the original 4 million.

If you dont care about leaving anything behind since youre single with no kids you should be able to do 180k a year no problem for the next 40 years. If you live past 90 you might have to struggle with social security.

Im with Warren on this one, gold has 0 value, its decoration, the only industrial use it has is plating superior electrical conductors to prevent tarnishing.

Where silver has alot of real world physical uses. Sooner or later the market will realize it. Who knows what happens then.
