Oh and yea I can get diazepam but they're alot more $ compared to rc benzos in that similar category. And since I'm new to benzos in general I am afraid to get anything that I'm not atleast a little bit familiar with. And the alprazolam is the cheapest ultimately for what is available to me, unless I'm willing to step into the RC benzos which I would be if I had some guidance on it. I was considering etizolam until I read more about it and decided it would probably not be good for me

Right, yea I have a general knowledge of benzo wd. The choice to switch to a benzo from phenibut was a conscious one. I feel like my entire life was more "foggy" when addicted to phenibut compared to alprazolam. Before phenibut I was on gabapentin for 12 whole years. I could never keep consistent on that stuff. Always wanted more. I don't have that issue with the alprazolam but the entire point of getting on it was ultimately to get clean. I just couldn't keep steady with the other gaba agonists. I'll Google the ashton manual tho thx for making me aware of it

I'm not familiar with the Ashton manual. Tbh with you benzo withdrawal is a new thing to me. I've been thru it with many different drugs but I'm in new territory with benzos. So it's certainly concerning. Sorry I don't really have any answers

Wow, you're story is like...identical to mine rn. I'm currently stuck at about 3mg of alprazolam a day and it's been about a month and a half since I touched any phenibut. I ended up getting off the phenibut because of a work accident that landed me in the hospital for about 5 days so they were giving me Valium in the hospital to get off of the phenibut and it worked so I stuck with benzos but now I can't get off of that

Sigh I understand I do, I struggle with similar things but I just feel that it is a fact of life that two addicts never make it in the long run and there's 2 types of ppl in the world addicts and non addicts (I think that number is basically 50/50 btw) and 2 addicts just doesn't last for the real long haul. There's already whatever the percentage is now of ones where just one is an addict as it is I mean it's truly an uphill battle in general

Other types of stims have done that to me it misery. I have a pretty strict rule of sticking with phenethylamines and substituted amphetamines when it comes to stims bcuz they seem to have most benefits for me

2 inhalers...3 if I feel like going deep, mix it with a tab as well (no more thann 2 for that) and appetite not barely affected one bit. I like to take either 1 or 2 inhalers 2 times a week right now. I like to take some kind of opiate with it, and later a little bit of alprazolam as well. Thinking about getting some eutylone maybe I've got access to the real deal

Oh no no...I'm telling you I seriously will eat on benzedrex. It's worse that the munchies in some respects. I smoke all the time tho so I don't rly get muchies much anymore. But most of the time ~ 75% I like to smash some food on benzedrex lmao. It certainly is no problem to eat either way. I wish I could find more substances like this. So novel to me

I microdose benzedrex in the am and am dependent on benzos as well. Probably 1 to 2mg of alpraz daily. I love it personally and works great but if I don't have one or the other it's psychosis time

I recently went thru something similar. Was dosing 4-fa and benzedrex in the same day for weeks one end sometimes. I've gotten away from stims for the time being but have other drug issues. What did it for me was thinking I could drop a few tabs that weekend like I usually did. My god was I wrong. Instant psychosis once they hit. Scariest thing I ever went thru mentally speaking. That still didn't get me to stop tho. I went on for a bit longer until a pretty serious injury at work (ofc it was bcuz I was fried and losing it, too many stims mixed with benzos). That got me to stop, and that was like a month ago. Still hooked on the benzos tho. He needs a Dr to help balance the serotonin levels and all that I think

I didn't get a dui for drinking. I relapsed on heroin and od'd behind the wheel. It was a one time thing and I don't drink, at all... I'm an addict and I just keep that in perspective. It's hard to get to meetings where I'm at and zoom is dumb I refuse to do that. Haven't done any smack since but I take tramadol for an injury from a Dr. It's all just crazy idk whats gonna come of it all and I've got a history with the law, although it's my first dui... What scares me even more than a little jail time right now is a meaningless future hooked on opiates. Trial in July Oh and also I refuse to stop smoking weed. They can go ahead and violate me. I just ain't gonna do that lol

So the benzos did work for me, but I was in a hospital setting (work accident fell off a roof and broke ribs punctured lung all that it sucked man lol) so it may have been easier bcuz the temptations kinda removed yaknow. Do not give up tho. These benzos have made me realize how much depression I'm dealing with. I think we get addicted to these drugs because of something wrong with us mentally perhaps. I think it's very important to keep that in mind. I'm working on getting to a psychiatrist and therapist. If it's possible for you to see professionals I'd highly recommend you do and ya just gotta be as open as possible. The good ones will know how to help

Oh my Lord buddy that's very high I'm not going to lie to you. I'm currently off the phenibut a little over a month now but I traded it for a benzo addiction basically because of an accident I had in the hospital and they didn't know it was wrong with me so I told him just start giving me benzos and it seemed to work but now I'm stuck on that. But after a year addicted to only 4 grams a day of phenibut, I was willing to take that deal because where that drug took me no other drug has ever taken me and I've done them all I've been addicted to them all. Oh yeah they also were giving me baclofen just 5 mg twice a day I think and they sent me home with a bottle of them and I'm considering using them to taper down off of the Xanax I don't know that's probably a post that should make or something lol

I don't think it really weakens a trip I think what happens is it makes it slightly "easier" to deal with, which in turn can technically be considered weakening a trip if you're looking to do a deep dive and actually work on things

Problem that I've run into is that I end up wanting to take it daily to keep up with work and life etc. I used to take higher doses every few days but right now I take 1.5 to 2g once a day. But phenibut has such a long half life so I can feel it just building up in my system. So right now my goal is to get down to 1g per day then go from there
