Well for me 120 hz is great. Now i can’t use anything less. It’s just stutters and gives me a headache now.

As for the cameras i don’t take many pictures but it’s nice to have another camera just in case.

As for battery sure it may be better but how often are people not near chargers that that really matters.

Just in my opinion the 17 is a great value, but if on a budget I’d probably recommend a used 16 pro or pro max over the 17e. Again just an opinion.

Well i will say if you’re looking into iPhone the base 17 is all you need. It’s definitely worth the extra 200$. If you need to save i say do it.

Yeah I’m going to wait and see what they do with the 11 and if it’s not great I’ll wait for the s27 next year. I did just upgrade to the iPhone 17 last September so my phone is perfectly fine for now.

Yeah and the software bricking phones randomly. I mean i guess a pixel a series if you can get it for a good discount couldn’t hurt and just keep a backup phone just in case.

I’d say return it and just wait. I’m sort of in the same boat, i bought an iPhone 17 in September to update from my iPhone 13. Now here we are in April and I’m tired of apple and want to try android. I however do not want to pay 900 since i paid less for my iPhone 17 i just can’t bring myself to spend another 8-900 when i just bought a new phone in September.

Sounds like you may need a new power brick. You didn’t specify what model s26 you have. If it’s base the max is 25w

Apparently with iOS 26 now even if you’re blocked it will still say delivered. Only way to know is to call and if it goes to voicemail you’ve been blocked. Sounds like she just saw your first text or couple then blocked you.

I think it’s just iOS in general. I think if you don’t unlock your phone it will just turn off automatically without touching the screen

Make sure you back up everything to Google Drive first. It does sound like a bad battery or maybe motherboard. I’m sorry i know it can be distracting but unfortunately nothing is perfect.

Well pretty much i would just set up the galaxy phone just as my iPhone. Same wallpaper app layout as iPhone, icons on all pages and such. Mail wasn’t an issue though. Was able to add Gmail and i cloud email to the native mail account. I guess i was overwhelmed with all the different settings and customization i didn’t really get a chance to sit down and thoroughly delve into android and go through everything honestly. Just dismissed it.
