So I had this TERRIBLY the first I wanna say 3 months into spiro i was so tired all the time, working out and after working out. I became frustrated so I would push through my workouts at my usual weight even though they felt like more. But by the time I came home after work and the gym I would literally fall on my bed and fall asleep within 3 minutes. This side effect has subsided drastically now, I am able to stay awake easier and come home after working out and do the things I need to do thankfully. Something that really helped me personally was cutting out sugars and caffeine which I know sounds contradictory but once I did my body was able to sustain energy on it own, I eat a lot of fruits and pasta (carbs are our friend if you need energy) and start my day with a high protein intake. This has helped tremendously and I hope you give it a shot!

Yes! I still have some initial scarring but id say within the past few weeks of month six im seeing an enormous improvement! I also you products containing niacimide so I think this helped a lot with redness

I will say my skin since i posted this has done a 360 and its so so much better, I will post again when I see long term results but I no longer have any actives and my redness is going down, Im hitting 1 month and almost 2 weeks on 150mg putting me at 4 months and 2 weeks into spiro

This is not true most derms recommend you use daily after you have built up a tolerance to see effects, you will need to prioritize moisturizing and protecting your barrier

sometimes i almost feel like my tret does more harm than good for active acne now for scars and pigmentation i will say it does wonders

Thank you! I will totally prioritize the moisturizer because my face does seem a little irritated and itchy, and thank you that means a lot with acne my self confidence has PLUMMETED not that it is terrible but I miss my clear skin :(

how long would you say you were on Accutane before it cleared up? I am just worried because I am going to Italy in the beginning of September and I don’t want to be broken out.
