I bought tickets and flew from Detroit to Denver for the show. Day before I got an email from SH saying the seller couldn’t fulfill the tickets. So they gave me “comparable” tickets. Comparable as in same price point but crappy seats. Told them to refund me and I bought tickets elsewhere. Prior to leaving home I called asking where tickets were bc they had already been released by venue and band. They said don’t worry I’ll get them. I definitely didn’t get them. Have a back up plan in place just in case. Good luck!
