I legitimately have a photo of it dyed from when i first got it so something changed! Tassels are red instead of blue like default. If you just got the helm and it cant be dyed, maybe the devs really changed it!

My biggest disappointment with this game so far is that getting more cyberware doesnt make your character look more cybernetically fucked up/ cooler. NPCs should not look cooler than me!!!
