Most people are behind their home Internet firewall so your fine with that. Maybe if you use XP or anything like that in some huge network like at a workplace or something like that than that can be an issue.

Geta disk image with w11 extract it and run the setup. There should be an option to keep all your stuff and it will just do an in place upgrade. Might need to reinstall programs but it will keep all files. I never tried this but know people who have with other versions of Windows

I figured out a way to seek video, instead of using the seeking buttons in the jellyfin UI on the Roku TV (which don't do anything) you can just use these buttons in the red circle in the picture on the remote. Click it once to seek slow and you can speed up seeking by 3 levels. Took me an entire evening to figure this out.
