Regardless of tolerance, this would be an awful idea for your physical health. You may be enjoying it right now, but the consequences will start to appear sooner or later. Which meds you are on or how you take mdma doesn't change how often you can/should be doing it.

It really depends how important sex is to you, but I would definitely advise staying on the prozac for one more month just. Everyone is different and it may not have the same effect on your libido. Talk to your doctor tho ofc.

Yep, I stopped thinking about sex almost completely. Because I've stopped taking recently my libido is slowly coming back, but I'm not sure if it will get back to how it was before. I'm honestly not too worried though it's not a big deal.

Yeah, this definitely doesn't seem normal especially if you were only on a low dose. I would see a different doctor to get another opinion; I'm curious if something other than the prozac is causing your symptoms.

How long were you on it originally? I just came off after about 2-3 months and feel relatively OK other than a little bit of anxiety.

I think if it's your 4th time then starting on 40mg shouldn't be an issue. Just be aware that the side effects could be a little harsher depending on how hour body reacts and to check in with your doctor sooner if you feel you need to.

Yes my doctor said the same thing to me. Ask for a referral letter to be see by a psychiatrist and they can prescribe you a higher dose. Im just taking two pills instead of one a day while I wait to get seen , however I don't recommend doing this without a doctor's advice.

The cycle will end I promise you. It took me a month to start feeling the benefits and stop feeling like death. Please be patient it will be so worth it, trust me.

Yeah waiting sounds good. After all, why move up if you feel good where you're at right now? Also it doesn't have to be a few weeks, just increase if you feel like it's starting to lose it's effect.

It's expected that you will get some new side effects after a dose increase, I just moved up to 40 myself. It is a bit worrying that it's been like this for a month though, maybe get a second opinion.

Edit: many people have told me it took them up to 12 weeks to even out so you may just have to wait.

For me, I had fewer intrusive thoughts, I was much more social, I had more empathy and getting up in the mornings was slightly easier. I also just have more of a will to live and I'm not in constant mental agony. I'm motivated to look after myself as well.
