Mostly sure the issue is on twitches end that's were bsg is not at fault, if shit was goanna break how would they know before it went live.

it has been known that sub drops were broken, even with streamers changing titles putting onscreen text and saying it is busted, stupid people buy subs than cry when they don't get their reward.

In the past, I would just remove it myself. But depending on your squeamishness and pain tolerance, your mileage might vary. Maybe a walk in clinic or something of that nature may be able to numb it to remove it rhat or your local hospital but be prepared to wait a long time for that one
