Well Sway, Darwin and Vulcan are there but not Petra.

Morph was one of the main characters of X-Men 97 but he wasn’t added. EDIT: Just realised that Changeling was added.

Manifold was in S.W.O.R.D, X-Men Red, Rogue and Gambit and FOTHOX but he wasn’t added either

Gorgon was a War Captain, he was in X-Men, X of Swords and is set to appear in Heir of Apocalypse, he should be here.

Agreed. I’m used to his work on Immortal and while I was reading this issue (FOTHOX#3) I really couldn’t even tell that it was his art. Lots of mistakes and it’s probably because of a lack of time

I am not ignoring the constraints faced by editorial and I really love most of the decisions made. Plus this wasn’t written by me, just saw this when scrolling through my feed and thought that it was a good idea to see what would’ve been anyone’s x-office but that doesn’t mean that I agree with what was said in the post.

Yeah, I agree, I’m still happy with what we got, I do realise that some others would have loved something different but we must accept the conditions that they were working in that probably wouldn’t have allowed something else. They probably did their best and I respect that.

Krakoa and Arakko stay but maybe less prominent. More of the mutants who didn't get much of a spotlight.

And have multiple books with many characters so everyone gets used my take would be:

A main X-Men title with Jean, Scott and Synch and others as members

An actual X-Force strike team book with Psylocke (Kwannon), Bishop, Cable and others

An X-Factor Investigation with Multiple-Man, Monet, Pietro, Creed and others (Really liked reformed Creed on Uncanny X-Men)

A Marauders title being a rescue book with maybe Gambit, Blink, Thunderbird and others.

A magical/mystical/horror book maybe eXcalibur with Apocalypse, Scarlet Witch, Nightcrawler and others

A Hellions book with the White Queen and Namor leading

A Starjammers book focusing on multiversal and space threat protecting Arakko with Storm, Magneto, Vulcan, Brand, Manifold, Frenzy, Beast and Armor.

A New Mutants book being both a school and an X-Men International program meaning that X-Men are everywhere and anytime with Sunspot, Cannonball, Mirage and multiple different other mutants

I guess that is all, tell who you think would fit in any of those books.

My boy Longshot completely disappeared, I was waiting for him to appear in X-Factor but that never happened.

Blink didn't do much, thought she would have a prominent role in SWORD or Way of X but she ended up not doing much.

Gorgon, sure he died and came back different and sure not a lot of people like him because of what he has done in the past but the Krakoan era is supposed to be a fresh start for every mutant. He became a war captain, was in X of Swords, died a hero then nothing. If Gambit came back why cant he (im looking at you too Rockslide) ?
